During Movember, I reached a couple big Twitter milestones as well: 20,000 tweets and 3,000 followers in just 16 months on Twitter!

Day 30: The Restore Health Mo Sistas put me over $6000

I didn’t have a sponsor lined up for day 30 and I was expecting to take the day to prepare for the Movember costume gala (#MoGalaTO). Then the awesome owners of Restore Health in Leslieville (@RestoreHealthTO)  - Sue Love (@sueloveND) and Sapna Flower (@sapnaflowerND) - invited me to stop by the clinic so they could donate the money they raised from their Movember fundraisers to my campaign.

Their donation helped me reach the $6,000 mark! Thank you so much to Sue, Sapna, and their massage therapist Natalie.

I should also mention I’m a patient of Restore Health and blogged about the clinic and their services at www.30daysofmoself.com. They offer a wide variety of services to help improve health and wellness, include naturopathic medicine, acupuncture, chiropractic treatments, massage and more. Learn more about the clinic at restoreyourhealth.ca

I love getting messages like this from Mo Bros! Mo Bros are a classy bunch, who really appreciate women’s contributions to the men’s health movement.

Day 28: Sharing the joy of ice cream to support Movember

I recovered from the stomach flu in time for my Movember event at the Cold Stone Creamery (@TOColdStone) at 1094 Bloor Street West (at Bloor and Dufferin).

Not only did Cold Stone make a donation to my campaign, the franchise owners donated 15% of the day’s sales to Movember and offered a free ice cream to everyone who came in with a moustache.

Mo Sista Jennifer Dawson (@bigdealdawson) volunteered to spend the day with me chatting with customers about Movember, men’s health, and @MoSistasTO. She even sported a ‘stache the whole time she was there!

While we were there, manager Sandeep taught us how to make delicious Stone Cold Creamery creations.

The only thing sexier than a woman wearing a moustache…is a woman wearing a moustache and a hairnet!

I didn’t know Coldstone makes their own ice cream on site. This is what Jennifer and I created. Yum!

We also sold and signed calendars for some great Mo Bros who stopped by to meet us.

Thank you to @TOColdStone for supporting Movember and ‘30 Days of Mo.’ Your ice cream brought joy to many Mo Bros and Mo Sistas!
